Enrollment requirements
We are a free Charter independent study program. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Provide proof of residence in Lassen County or in any one of the four counties touching Lassen County: Shasta County, Modoc County, Plumas County, and Sierra County. A utility bill showing physical residence is preferred.
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record. (See notice for new requirements for this year.)
Immunization Requirements Update
Due to the increased incidence in whooping cough throughout the State, California has mandated additional requirements that affect all incoming seventh grade students for the 2012-2013 school year, and every year following:
- To help protect students and schools, all incoming 7th graders need proof of a booster shot against whooping cough, or an exemption, in order to attend classes this next year. Students will not be allowed to attend classes without a shot record.
- We need a booster shot record. If your child hasn’t had a booster shot yet, please schedule an appointment immediately. If your child has already received the booster shot, please fax (530-251-8940) a copy of the shot record as soon as possible.
